Paella Piscolabis

Paella is an internationally-known rice dish from Valencia, Spain.  There are thousands of versions as it began spreading all over the world. However; Saffron remains the most essential part of this dish. Most common ingredients are chicken, pork, shellfish, fish, squid, shrimp and spanish sausage.

The Paella is one of our most popular dishes. Here are our versions.

Paella Piscolabis – Original, Yellow saffron rice with pork, chicken, shrimp and Spanish Chorizo. Garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.

Paella Piscolabis – Campesina, Tellow saffron rice with pork, chicken, and Spanish Chorizo. Garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.

Paella Piscolabis – Mariscos, Yellow saffron rice with pork, chicken, Spanish Chorizo and traditional Paella seafood mix (shrimp, fish, octopus and others.) Garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.

Paella Piscolabis – Vegetariana, Yellow rice with mixed vegetables. Garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.

Arroz con Pollo, Yellow rice with chicken and Spanish chorizo. Garnished with green peas and red bell peppers.
