Piscolabis means appetizer, snack, a light meal, an item of food eaten between meals.

Our menu features original recipies inspired by the Puerto Rican and Latin Cuisine and our specialty and most popular dishes are the Empanadas , the Paella Piscolabis and the most iconic pastries of the Puerto Rican cuisine; Quesitos and Mallorcas.

We have created this blog to share general information about the Puerto Rican and Latin Cuisine as well as other popular recipes and cooking tips.

Piscolabis is a family business founded in 2007 in Frisco, TX. Since then, our menu has grown and we have proudly served well known corporate accounts as well as many private customers. We offer a wide variety and unique appetizer trays for any type of event; from family gatherings to weddings and other special occasions.
